I devised and developed a wide range of concepts for Busken, including a collaboration with a local brewery, an opt-in SMS service to remind consumers of upcoming holidays, and of course, some smart and punchy billboards.


Super Sport Showcase

When I saw an announcement for the Super Sport Showcase, I was inspired to make a video to promote the event further. I’m no good at video animation. Cool idea, though, right?


Vitamix: Turn it up!

I use a Vitamix blender every day. It’s loud, but I’m always impressed by the consistent quality of each smoothie I make, so I don’t mind. Every model from the Cleveland-based manufacturer features a numbered dial to represent the blade speed. I wrote a few concepts for some short TV spots about why it’s worth it to “Turn it up.”

Concept 1

A high schooler comes home late from the gym and starts to make a shake, wanders around the house for the quietest place to plug it in, and chooses the garage. When he opens the door to return inside, his parents are waiting up angrily – only to reveal they each have a glass in hand, and they’d like their son to share.

Concept 2 

A chef is using the blender to blitz toppings for a decadent dessert. It’s causing a ruckus, and a food critic in the restaurant is just about ready to leave a terrible review… Until he is served the dish, tries a bite, and is blown away. Turns out, you can make more than just smoothies with this high-powered blender.
