Pause Before You play

What’s the best way to keep your betting responsible? Pause before you make your next wager. I helped Ohio for Responsible Gambling send positive, informative messaging to their target audience through a robust campaign, which reached well over 500 million viewers in its first year.

PAUSE BEFORE YOU PLAY :30 TV SCRIPT

Dave: Hey folks! Welcome to game day at Pause Before you Play—the betting’s going to be intense!

Drew: And we’ve got an all-star sports fan getting ready to bet. Uhh Dave.. is he starting to bet on his phone?

Dave: No Drew, that’s his signature move: the pause!

Drew: Oh, he’s setting limits on his betting!

Dave: Look at those fingers fly! No wonder, he’s at the top of his game.

Drew: If you bet on sports, pause before you play to set limits, recognize the risks, and know when to stop. Learn more at PauseBeforeYouPlay.org
